Join one of the world's leading underground mining equipment manufacturers and help deliver industry-leading explosive charging, concrete spraying and underground logistics solutions to mining operations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
As ourTechnical Coordinator – Underground Equipment, you'll take ownership of the technical coordination of each customer order following order confirmation.
Working closely with customers, Sales, Engineering, Production Planning and our Pre-Delivery Workshop, you'll ensure every machine is accurately defined and prepared for successful local integration before customer delivery.
Every underground mining operation is different.
From explosive charging equipment and concrete spraying rigs to underground concrete transportation and logistics vehicles, you'll ensure each machine is configured to meet the customer's operational requirements, Australian compliance standards and site-specific preferences before entering our Pre-Delivery Workshop.

Key responsibilities include:
Working directly with customers to define site-specific requirements, equipment options and operational preferences.

Supporting Production Planning and the Pre-Delivery Workshop with accurate technical information.
Managing technical changes throughout the delivery process and communicating impacts to key stakeholders.
Building strong working relationships across Sales, Engineering, Production Planning and Workshop teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.

Experience in mining, heavy equipment, manufacturing or a related technical industry.
Experience coordinating technical, engineering, product support or similar activities within mining, heavy equipment or manufacturing environments.
