Total Remuneration Package $91,081 – $100,536 salary package - includes base salary ($80,246 - $88,576), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
The Student & Campus Services faculty is establishing a TAFE Services Coordinator Talent Pool to fill temporary and ongoing vacancies across the Mid North Coast region over the next 18 months.

About the role
The TAFE Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating campus operations, building community engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to learners, contributing to a safe,
welcoming and vibrant campus environment.
This diverse role is primarily based on campus and within the local community, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
The position involves some local travel and is currently available at either the Great Lakes Campus or the Wauchope Campus.
About you
You are a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy learning environment.
You have a proactive, can-do attitude and can confidently manage competing priorities while providing excellent service to students, staff and visitors.
You communicate well, work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, and take pride in resolving issues and improving the customer experience.
You are organised, adaptable and committed to creating a safe, welcoming and efficient campus environment.
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:
A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services which meet customer requirements.
Ability to work flexible shifts including evening to align with TAFE operating hours.
