Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Printer role based in Silverwater, NSW.
The Printer will operate Flexographic and related printing equipment to produce high-quality printed packaging tapes and labels according to job specifications.
Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, adjusting inks and adhesives, monitoring print quality, and performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure efficient production.
The role involves coordinating print runs,



handling materials, and working closely with the production team to meet deadlines and safety standards.
The Printer will also contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing, with experience operating commercial or industrial printing equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Inkjet, including basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of printing systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Bindery, including finishing, cutting, and packaging of printed materials.
Experience with Flexographic printing and adhesive-backed products is highly beneficial.
Attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and commitment to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage time effectively in a production setting.
Previous experience in packaging, labeling, or industrial printing, and relevant vocational training or certifications are an advantage.
