Key responsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and negotiationPrepare high-quality procurement documentation such as RFQs, RFTs, and evaluation reportsPartner with stakeholders to define requirements and develop fit-for-purpose procurement strategiesSupport contract administration, including variations, extensions, and performance trackingBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure value, compliance, and performanceMonitor supplier adherence to safety, regulatory, and security requirementsContribute to the implementation of a new ERP system, including process design, data preparation, testing, and user supportAssist with developing procurement templates, catalogues, and reporting toolsEnsure all procurement activities meet governance, compliance, and audit standardsIdentify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across procurement processes
About you
You're a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working in a complex environment and building strong relationships across diverse teams.Experience in procurement, purchasing,



or contract administrationStrong understanding of sourcing methodologies and contract management principlesConfident analysing commercial proposals and making sound recommendationsExcellent written communication skills with strong attention to detailExperience working with procurement or ERP systems (Infor highly regarded)Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levelsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAble to meet security requirements, including obtaining an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and passing an AFP check
