We're seeking a passionate, experiencedGroup/Room Leaderto join the team in our Toddler room atSt Luke's Long Day Care, conveniently located just minutes fromCapalaba CBD.
We're looking for someone who is driven to lead with purpose, inspire young minds, and create a safe, nurturing space for our youngest learners.
This role isFull-timefromMonday - Friday, with sessions running between6.45am - 6pm.

We are a 78-place centre featuring five modern, thoughtfully designed learning environments, two spacious shaded outdoor play areas with a sandpit and herb garden, and well-resourced rooms that support engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

Job Requirements
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA)
CurrentChildcare First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxiscertifications
Current child protection training
A validQueensland Blue Card(Working with Children Check)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
