We are looking for an experienced baker/pastry chef at the Bake House at our beautiful Dairy Flat Farm a few minutes outside Daylesford.
The Bake House supplies artisan sourdough loaves and Viennoiserie for the award winning Lake House and the local community.
Work at this beautiful location with our small dedicated team of bakers who care about the provenance of ingredients, the craft of proper sourdough and hands on non-industrialised production.
Here is your opportunity to contribute to a passionate team who enjoy making excellent bakery items.
Experience in Viennoiserie, lamination & pastry production is essential for this role.
