The Opportunity: Casual to Part-Time / Full Time
RSB Travel Pty Ltd trading as Coal River Coaches, is a leading provider of transportation services and is seeking experienced and dedicated School Bus Drivers / Tour Operators to join our team.
In these various roles, you will be responsible for safely transporting students and charter groups to and from school in ******* to 57 seat vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate school buses and transport students to and from school
Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, as well as company safety policies
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition
Assist students with boarding and alighting the bus, and ensure their safety at all times
Maintain accurate records of routes, times, and student attendance
Communicate effectively with parents, school administrators, and the dispatch team
Provide excellent customer service to students and parents
What We're Looking For
Current and valid driver's LR to MR licence with a minimum of 6 months experience driving vehicles with 21 to 57 seats
A current working with vulnerable people license as well as a current public passenger vehicle licence
Demonstrated safe driving record and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and school staff
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, which may include early morning and afternoon shifts
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and any other pre-employment screening required
Must have no criminal convictions whatsoever on record
Australian citizenship is required for this position
