We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliableTemporary Receptionistto join our client for an immediate start.
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and can hit the ground running.
As the first point of contact for the business, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors and managing front-of-house reception
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing meeting rooms and visitor bookings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Providing general administrative support to the team
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About YouWe're looking for someone who:
Has previous reception or administration experience
Presents professionally with excellent communication skills
Has a warm, approachable,
and customer-focused manner
Is organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Is confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Can work independently while supporting a collaborative team

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
