About the role
Community Care Chemist Friendly Society has been caring for the Geelong community for more than 125 years.
As a not-for-profit pharmacy group operating six pharmacies across the region, our focus is on improving the health and wellbeing of our community while providing a supportive and rewarding workplace for our team.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiasticDispensary Technicianto join our Bellarine Village Pharmacy.

What you'll be doing
Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
Assist with medication packing, prescription processing and dispensary administration
Maintain accurate patient records and deliver professional, friendly customer service
Support stock control activities, including ordering, receipting and inventory management
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to deliver safe, high-quality healthcare services
Maintain a well-organised, compliant and professional dispensary environment




Participate in ongoing training and development to expand your pharmacy knowledge and skills
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician in a pharmacy setting
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Experience with dispensing software and pharmacy technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
A proactive and positive approach to supporting patients and colleagues
