Join one of South Australia's largest and most diverse Allied Health teams, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across hospital and outpatient settings.
Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and supporting less experienced AHP1/2 Dietitians in General Medicine units.
Ability to provide high level nutrition care processes including assessment, treatment to support adults and their families/Carers.

About you:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust, confidence and co-operation at all levels of the organisation
Ability to support and foster team member growth and participation in decision making and change processes that results in improved patient outcomes and patient flow in General Medicine Units.




Specialised clinical experience in assessment and management of complex general medical patients
Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing
Excellent skills in problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
