About You
The Registered Nurse Level 2 is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.
Your main duties will include:
Promotes and participates in team building and decision-making in collaboration with the multidisciplinary teamSubscribes to personal / professional development and facilitates the personal / professional development of othersInitiates and implements quality nursing care informed by best practice.Provides advanced clinical care to patients.Uses effective communication skills when interacting with patients, significant others and other health professionals.
Acts as a client advocate, collaborating to achieve optimum health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates effective communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collegiate team environment.Recent experience in the nursing speciality related to the position, including relevant advanced clinical and problem solving skills, including executing fast-paced discharge planningDemonstrates effective leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
