Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a motivated and analytical ICT Business and Systems Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, analyse existing systems, and deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the successful delivery of ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs and system requirements.
Analyse current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Gather, document and validate functional and technical requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, user stories and functional specifications.
Work closely with software developers, project managers and third-party vendors to implement solutions.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities.
Assist with system integration, deployment and post-implementation support.
Analyse data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
Develop user documentation, training materials and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.




Monitor system performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
Ensure solutions comply with organisational policies, security requirements and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
Minimum two years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of business process modelling techniques.
Experience with SQL, databases and reporting tools is desirable.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Desirable Experience with ERP, CRM or enterprise software platforms.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI or business intelligence tools.
Exposure to cloud technologies and API integrations.
Experience within digital transformation or software implementation projects.
