Are you an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people recover and optimise their health?
We're seeking an exceptional Exercise Physiologist to join our dedicated team at Geelong Rehabilitation Centre.
This is a casual role with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position, based in Belmont, Victoria—offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
What you'll be doing
Deliver high-quality exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs
Assess patients' physical, functional and exercise capacity, and develop personalised treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying programs as required
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, holistic patient care
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercise, lifestyle and self-management strategies
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with professional and organisational standards
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent, with full ESSA accreditation
Ideally 1 + years' experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Preferably with high experience within a clinical rehabilitation setting
Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients
Adaptable and patient-centred approach to deliver tailored, evidence-based care
