About The Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing team member role where you'll support the Store Manager and Team Leaders in delivering a high-performing store experience.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working alongside your team to provide exceptional customer service while keeping daily store operations running smoothly.
You'll be part of a high-volume, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.
During your shifts, you'll will be guided by your Team Leaders and Store Manager, contributing to a positive team culture while helping maintain store standards and efficiency.
As a key point of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience, responding to customer needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.
What You'll Be Doing




Supporting Team Leaders with day-to-day store operations.
Delivering standout, customer-facing service that builds loyalty and drives repeat business.
Assisting on the shop floor to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Contributing to sales performance and supporting the team in achieving store KPIs.
Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
About You
Previous experience working as a crew member within the food or retail industry
Reliability and Punctuality
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
