PERSOL APAC is seeking a Product Development Technologist to lead end-to-end nutraceutical development, from concept and formulation through pilot trials, scale-up and commercial production.
You will work with Manufacturing, Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure products are robust, compliant with TGA/FSANZ, and ready for market.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Food Technology or related field and 5+ years' experience in nutraceutical or confectionery product development,
