About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll play an integral role in supporting the Lead Agent while actively building your own pipeline and developing your sales skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting for new business through calls, door knocking, networking and community engagement.
Assisting with property appraisals, listing presentations and sales negotiations.
Attending open inspections and auctions.
Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.
Coordinating property marketing campaigns and preparing listings for market.
Managing buyer and vendor communication throughout the sales process.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing daily administration.
Contributing to team performance by achieving prospecting and appraisal KPIs.
Promoting listings through social media and other marketing channels.




About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated with a genuine passion for real estate.
Confident communicating with people from all walks of life.
Driven to achieve goals and willing to put in the work required to succeed.
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
Professional in both presentation and communication.
A strong team player who also works well independently.
Comfortable learning new technology and CRM systems.
Holds, or is willing to obtain, a South Australian Real Estate Registration.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or business development will be highly regarded but is not essential.
