As a Process Worker, you will play a hands-on role in our day-to-day production operations, helping ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be involved in various tasks across the processing floor.

Daily Tasks
Process and inspect raw materials safely and according to quality specifications
Perform processing tasks efficiently and work to meet individual and group targets
Complete manual handling duties – lift, pull, push, bend, and reach
Follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks
Clean and maintain a clean work space
Work with raw meat products in a cold environment
Store and maintain materials, equipment, and tools
You will bring to this role
Capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards
To be able to successfully communicate both written and verbal
Ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles
A good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 15kg
