What you'll be doing You'll work closely with project managers, finance and commercial leaders to ensure contracts are administered effectively while protecting the commercial interests of the business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Administering client and subcontractor contracts throughout the project lifecycleManaging variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondencePreparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay notices and supporting documentationIdentifying and mitigating contractual and commercial risksProviding practical commercial advice to project delivery teamsReviewing subcontractor claims and recommending paymentsMaintaining contract registers and supporting commercial reporting and forecastingAssisting with negotiations, dispute resolution and contract close-outBuilding strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
About you
You'll likely come from an engineering, construction, infrastructure or industrial projects background and enjoy the commercial side of project delivery.
You'll Bring
Experience in Contract Administration,
Contracts Management or Commercial ContractsStrong knowledge of contract administration and commercial processesExperience managing claims, variations, EOTs and contractual correspondenceThe ability to interpret contracts and identify commercial riskStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written communication and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience using ERP or financial systems being highly regarded
We'd also love to see
A qualification in Business, Commercial Law, Construction, Engineering or a related disciplineExperience working on EPC, EPCM, construction or industrial projectsExposure to systems such as Pronto or similar ERP platforms
