Location: Forrestfield (WA)
Rotating roster (6am – 2pm), (2pm - 10pm), (10pm – 6am)
Monday to Friday
Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities:
Monitor, operate and troubleshoot packaging and automated production equipment,



maintaining continuous production flow through equipment calibration, process control and fault resolution.
Conduct regular quality control checks, verifying that labelling and printing meet all requirements.
Follow escalation procedures when necessary
Ensure that bags are correctly filled, sealed, and that the finished product meets all specifications
Complete all necessary documentation clearly and fully & accurately scan barcodes to track products and ensure proper inventory management
Uphold high standards in safety, quality, productivity, and reliability
Collaborate with the Quality, Rolling, Milling, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
About you:
Previous experience with troubleshooting machinery - preferred but not essential
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Forklift operator licence or willing to obtain, as requirement of role
