The Opportunity




This role is ideal for an experienced private practice physiotherapist looking to take the next step in their career.
Initially, your focus will be exactly where it should be, providing exceptional patient care, building lasting patient relationships and developing a thriving clinical caseload.
As you establish a successful caseload and become a trusted member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to progressively step into broader clinical leadership responsibilities over the following 6–12 months.
Your role will gradually expand to include opportunities to:
Support professional development and clinical discussion.
Refine rehabilitation pathways and patient experiences.
Help maintain the consistency and quality of clinical care across the clinic.
Support and mentor future clinicians.
Contribute to the continued growth and development of Rebuild.
As your leadership responsibilities develop, you'll continue treating patients while helping support the growth, development and clinical standards of the team.
Who We're Looking For
This role will suit an experienced clinician who is excited by the opportunity to take the next step in their career.
You'll likely:
Have 4+ years' experience in private practice.
Hold current AHPRA registration.
Build genuine, long-term relationships with your patients.
Deliver consistently excellent clinical outcomes.
Enjoy combining hands-on treatment with progressive exercise rehabilitation.
Communicate with confidence, empathy and professionalism.
Value continual learning and thoughtful clinical reasoning.
Enjoy collaborating with other clinicians.
