Live Services Group Pty Ltdis seeking a professional and motivatedFull-Time Service Coordinatorto join our growing team, based across ourSunshine Coastoffice.
Skills & Experience:
Must have previous experience in a similar role.
Experience preferred using SimPRO but not necessary.
Strong capability to multi-task and priorities their workload.
Liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Great attention to detail.
Desire to ensure completion of work.
Ability to build business relationships with clients and contractors.
About the Role:
8am-4pm work days, 5 days a week.
Ability to monitor/control trade/bookings calendar.
Ability to monitor and order stock/material purchases
Schedule and implement all jobs, quotes, activities & tasks.
Assist Project Managers with day to day tasks.




Effectively communicate to the team, builders, trades, customers & sub-contractors.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
Be adaptable and adaptable to ensure emergency jobs are scheduled.
Training will be provided where required.
