About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, train and support team members, conduct quality inspections, and work closely with other departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, assigning daily tasks and conducting team briefings
Inspect and clean guest rooms, VIP rooms, public areas,



and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met
Train, coach, and support team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and hygiene standards
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready and maintenance issues are resolved promptly
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies, linens, and guest amenities
Respond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns in a skilled and timely manner
Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, maintain lost property records, update operational spreadsheets, and complete daily reports
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist management with performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using property management systems and Microsoft Office is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
