Due to an internal shift, Hinterland Toyota Beaudesert is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our service team and customers by ensuring all parts and accessory needs are met quickly and accurately.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessory enquiries
Using the Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
Sourcing and ordering parts through online manufacturer portals
Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
Processing orders and quotes through the DMS system (Tune)
Assisting with stock checking and order processing
Maintaining data integrity,



accurate invoicing and payments
Supporting the service department with enquiries, bookings and coordination of repairs
Contributing to a positive team and customer experience culture
What You'll Bring
Previous Parts Interpreter experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Genuine interest in the motor industry
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation, integrity, and attention to detail
Solid computer literacy and adaptability
