Position Descriptor:
The Deputy Principal will:
* Lead whole school improvement including engaging staff fully with the SLP and addressing school priorities in particular - mathematics.
* Collaboratively lead and engage staff in the continual improvement cycle.
* Work in collaboration with the leadership team to develop, support and implement the Site Learning Plan and Positive Behaviour Agreement practices.
* Assist in the smooth management of the school including managing daily operations, schedules, timetables, rosters, and induction processes.
* Work collaboratively with the whole school community and share responsibility for student behaviour education and staff performance and development processes.
