This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute property professional to identify, assess and secure residential development opportunities for our residential and Land Lease Communities that will drive the future growth of our business.
You will play a key role in expanding our development pipeline across east coast of Queensland and other targeted growth markets.
About The Role
Reporting to theGeneral Manager QLD, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and securing residential development sites that align with our strategic growth objectives.
You will build strong relationships with landowners and agents and will undertake detailed commercial assessments to ensure every acquisition creates long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure residential land acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, consultants and industry stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility assessments, financial modelling and commercial analysis.
Lead negotiations for purchase agreements, options and development agreements.
Manage due diligence including planning, environmental, engineering, legal and commercial investigations.
Present acquisition opportunities and recommendations to the Executive and Investment Committee.
Monitor market activity, competitor movements and emerging growth corridors.
Work collaboratively with Development, Finance, Sales, Legal and our Housing teams to ensure successful project outcomes.




Maintain a strong pipeline of future acquisition opportunities.
About You
You arecommercially driven, highly connectedwithin the Queensland property market andthrive on identifying opportunitiesbefore others.
You Will Ideally Possess
Proven experience in land acquisitions, property development or development management.
Strong understanding of residential development across Queensland.
Proven success negotiating and securing land transactions.
Excellent financial and commercial analysis capability.
Knowledge of planning processes, infrastructure charges and development approvals.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Valuation, Property, Business, Commerce, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline.
