About the Role
0.8FTE | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
In this role, you will work directly with young people aged*****and their families through theStep Up program, which supports young people who are using violence in the home.
You will:
Deliver the Step Up program with young people and families
Provide case management and therapeutic support
Help young people buildrespectful communication and conflict resolution skills
Work collaboratively with schools, services and community partners
This is arelationship-based role, giving you the opportunity to build trust with young people and support meaningful change.

About You
You care deeply about young people and believe in their capacity for change.
You will bring:
Experience supporting young people and/or families throughtherapeutic or case management work
Understanding oftrauma-informed and strengths-based practice
Skills inconflict resolution, counselling or mediation
Knowledge of the challenges facing young Tasmanians and the community services sector
