QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
Custom Residential Supervisor
Brisbane West through to Ipswich
$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
Manage quality custom residential builds from start to finish
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
Volume / Medium Density Supervisor
Morayfield
$130k – $145k + Super + Vehicle
Manage multiple residential builds concurrently
Experience overseeing volume projects (up to 25 builds) preferred




QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
3+ years' residential construction supervision experience
Luxury Residential Supervisor
Indooroopilly / Brisbane
$130k – $165k + Super
Deliver high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
Experience with complex builds including $6m+ projects required
Strong understanding of detailed architectural documentation
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
3+ years' residential construction experience
Investment / Volume Supervisor
Caboolture / Brisbane Northside
$125k + Super + Annual Bonus Chance ($20k)
Manage residential construction projects across a strong pipeline
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required
5+ years' residential construction supervision experience
About You You'll ideally have:
QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
Proven experience supervising residential construction projects end to end
Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
Ability to manage programmes, quality, safety, and client expectations
A track record of delivering projects successfully
