The OpportunityThis role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with broader business influence.




You'll manage a successful 360-degree recruitment desk while partnering with clients across Adelaide's business community to solve talent challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes.
You'll also play an important role in sharing knowledge, contributing to team success, and helping foster the positive culture that SMAART is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong client partnershipsIdentify opportunities for account growth and business developmentSource, assess, and secure top talentDeliver outstanding candidate and client experiencesProvide guidance and support to junior recruiters where requiredContribute to team capability and performanceAttend networking, industry, and client eventsBuild and nurture talent communities within your specialist market
About YouYou're an experienced recruiter who understands both the commercial and human side of recruitment.
You're confident building relationships, driving revenue, and influencing outcomes, while also being someone people naturally turn to for advice and support.
You'll Bring3+ years' experience within agency recruitmentExperience recruiting across professional, corporate, business support, sales, marketing, customer service,



or other white-collar marketsStrong business development and client management capabilityExperience mentoring, coaching, or supporting developing recruiters, or a desire to take on a broader leadership roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindsetThe ability to influence, negotiate, and build credibility with clients and candidates alikeA down-to-earth, team-first approach
