Requirements:
Ability to assemble, repair and dismantle wooden pallets using hand and power tools
Operate machinery used in the timber industry
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all health and safety protocols
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standards
Support the team in meeting daily production targets
Valid Australian work visa or work rights required
Available Roles:
Pallet Repairer Nail Gun Operator (7am-3pm Monday-Friday)
Pallet Builder Nail Gun Operator (7am-3pm Monday-Friday)
Bandsaw Dismantling Operator (7am-3pm Monday-Friday)
Retail Worker (9-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
All of these roles are starting points, we skill our worker to move around the facility if they are willing to learn the other roles.




With a fully automated milling operation on site and automated pallet machines, there is opportunity to become a skilled machine operator.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production environment is preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing or labouring experience required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools
Forklift license - preferred not required
Positive physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
Commitment to workplace safety and a collaborative team-oriented approach
