We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our experienced and collaborative team in a parental leave position commencing May ****.
About the Role
You will:
Lead the educational program for children aged2–3 years
Plan and deliver a high-quality program fora maximum of 15 children per day
Work alongsidethree qualified educators
Contribute to a reflective, collaborative, and child-safe culture
Embed play-based, intentional teaching aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard
Generous off-floor time is provided for programming and planning, with structured mentoring and leadership support.

You are:

Skilled in building secure, respectful relationships with children and families
Passionate about intentional, play-based learning
Respectful of and inspired by natural learning environments
Reflective and team-oriented in your practice
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
(Educators working towards this qualification may be considered)
Eligible to obtain or hold NSW NESA accreditation (support provided if required)
