We're looking for an exceptionalInsurance Restoration Coordinatorto become a key part of our growing team.
This is a hands-on operational role responsible for coordinating restoration projects from first contact through to completion.
You'll work closely with clients, insurers, project managers, technicians and our administration team to ensure jobs remain on track, communication is clear and every client receives an outstanding experience.
This isn't a traditional administration role.
You'll be the operational hub of the business, helping coordinate people, resources, schedules and workflows across multiple restoration projects every day.
About the Role
As ourInsurance Restoration Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping restoration projects moving efficiently while ensuring clients, insurers and internal stakeholders remain informed throughout the process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating new restoration jobs from first notification through to completion.
Scheduling and allocating work to Project Managers and Restoration Technicians.
Managing technician workloads, job priorities and daily schedules.
Monitoring job progress to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Maintaining regular communication with clients, insurers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Supporting field staff with scheduling adjustments,



operational assistance and resource coordination.
Ensuring all job documentation, reports and communication are accurate and up to date.
Responding to incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
Identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving issues before they impact project delivery.
Assisting with operational reporting, workflow management and process improvement initiatives.
Supporting continuous improvement across systems, procedures and customer experience.

Experience We're Looking For
Experience in insurance restoration is highly regarded, however it isn't essential.

Insurance restoration or insurance claim coordination.

Scheduling and dispatching technicians or tradespeople.
Project coordination.
Facilities management.
