OurWomen Up Front Driver Training Programis designed to support women in building a successful driving career, regardless of previous experience.
We'll pay you while you train, supporting you to upgrade your licence to an MR licence before completing a comprehensive five-week induction program that combines classroom learning with practical on-road training.
Once you're on the road, you'll continue to receive ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities, including working towards a nationally recognised qualification within your first 12 months with Kinetic.

Solid customer service and communication skills

A willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation
The ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment and medical history check
The ability to successfully undergo and pass a police check
Australian Work Rights
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
A dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic
