We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bakery Front of House Shop Assistant to join our team.
Your responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers with their orders
Providing excellent customer service and handling customer enquiries
Displaying and restocking breads and pastries
Packaging & labelling products for sale
Operating the cash register and handling transactions
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the shop area
Making Lunch & Breakfast Rolls
Collaborating with the bakery team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements for the role:




Previous experience in retail or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including morning starts at 6:30am, able to start work from 2pm in the afternoon and weekends (at all times, not just on school holidays)
