A rare opportunity has arisen within the group, we are seeking an Full Time Duty Manager to join the team at the renovated Clovercrest Hotel located in the North Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide.
The Clovercrest Hotel, commonly known as "The Clovey" has been an icon of the North East over several decades, situated in the heart of Modbury North the hotel services a significant cross section of the local community.
Over recent years the venue has undergone a significant transformation to include a new lounge, dining and al fresco area which provides for sit down meals, casual gatherings as well as special events.
In addition the hotel has upgraded the remainder of the venue which includes a Thirsty Camel bottleshop/drive through, a large front bar, spacious gaming room and newly refurbished function room.
The final part of the renovation is nearing completion with the upgrading of the accommodation rooms.

• Manage effective stock control and cash management procedures.
• Sound computer literacy and competency in H&L; POS systems,
