About The Role
This role goes beyond producing traffic plans.
You'll work across both maintenance and capital projects, supporting delivery teams and helping ensure works are planned safely and efficiently.
It's a mix of technical planning, practical problem-solving, and collaboration — working closely with operations to ensure plans are realistic and effective in the field.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing traffic management plans from concept through to detailed delivery Collaborating with operational teams to ensure plans are practical and buildableAnalysing traffic data to support safe and efficient outcomes Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining clear communicationProviding technical guidance to support delivery teams when challenges arise

AWTM qualificationStrong experience in traffic planning, signals, and risk management Strong, effective communication skillsA collaborative hands-on approach
