Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our friendly Allied Health team.
This role can be permanent part-time or full time - YOU choose!
In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals and families navigating complex social, emotional, and practical challenges within a mental health setting.
Working within a collaborative and values-driven organization, you will deliver high-quality social work interventions that empower clients and improve their overall wellbeing.
Your expertise in care coordination, assessment, and community resource navigation will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.

Essential Criteria
Bachelor of Social Work degree or equivalent qualificationCurrent eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or equivalent professional bodyMinimum 4 years' experience post-graduationDemonstrated mental health experience Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention strategies at an advanced levelExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearlyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and independently as requiredProficiency in case management and documentation practicesProblem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex situationsProvide clinical supervision to P1 social workers

Additional Information
