? What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers with banking and card-related enquiries
Providing accurate, clear, and professional information
Resolving customer concerns and identifying appropriate solutions
Escalating more complex enquiries to specialist teams when required
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Delivering exceptional customer service across every interaction

Strong communication and interpersonal skills




A passion for helping customers and creating positive experiences
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Confidence using multiple computer systems and learning new technologies
Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or call centre experience is highly regarded
A professional attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A background in banking or financial services is not essential but would be highly regarded
