AVECis seeking an experiencedService Delivery Managerto own the end-to-end delivery management of Project Services under an outcome-based service model.
The role is accountable for service performance, governance cadence, demand coordination, delivery planning, risk visibility, commercial discipline and continuity of capability across multidisciplinary teams
Location:Edinburgh Parks, Adelaide (with some flexible WFH option)

Roles and responsibilities:
Managing a team of approximately ******* consultants delivering technical services – architects, engineers, security specialists, project managers, and other project staff.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing stakeholder relationships and governance of the service.
Driving service delivery,



continuous improvement and standardisation across multiple workstreams.
Overseeing consultant onboarding, resource planning, performance management and capability development.
Reviewing, coordinating and approving timesheets, coordinating invoicing, and ensuring accurate contract administration.
Managing client escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and successful service outcomes.
Monitoring commercial performance, including utilisation, SLAs, KPIs and overall engagement delivery.
