We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our experienced Nerang Used Sales Team.
The person we're seeking will be a result-driven self-starter who genuinely loves building connections with people and will be an impeccable representative of our dealership's brand values.

About the role?
Based at our Nerang Dealership, you will apply your skills to connect with customers and help them find the perfect Pre-Owned Vehicle for their needs.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
Building, developing, and fostering customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the purchasing journey.
Skilled execution from the initial prospect enquiry through to delivery handover and post-sales follow-up.
Maintain structured follow-up to ensure all leads are maximised for conversion
Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity
Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base across a range of makes and models.
Assisting with showroom/yard sales admin tasks and operations
Meeting KPI accountability across sales volume/gross,



maximising finance and aftercare opportunities and maintaining customer experience metrics.
5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturdays (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)
What are we looking for?
Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is desired but not essential
Goal-driven and results-focused with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy across DMS systems, CRM/Online platforms and Autogate.
A Team Player who contributes to a fun and positive working environment
Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
Manual Driver's Licence
