Due to our continued growth, Future Engineering and Communication is seeking experiencedRiggers and Rigging Supervisors tojoin our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

What You'll Do:
Telecommunication Structures: Be involved in the turn-key installation and construction of wireless telecommunication towers and structures across Australia.
Powerline Construction: Work on powerline projects across Western Australia and Queensland contributing to critical infrastructure.
Unique Structural Projects: Participate in bespoke structural projects, including civil operations and structural steel erection using innovative methods such as gin poles and helicopters.
Experience:
Lattice Tower Assembly and Erection
Monopole erection
Guyed Mast assembly and erection
Meteorological Mast assembly and installation
Ginpoling activities
Point to Point Microwave antenna and feeder installation
3G/4G/5G experience
Electric, Diesel and Hydraulic Winch Operation
We are also open to candidates with a civil background (people with excavator/skid steer ticket) and or carpenters who have had exposure to rigging and willing to upskill.
Requirements:
A current driver's license (MR/HR/HC preferred).
PConstruction White Card.
Rigging certification (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced desirable).
Valid - Dogging, First Aid, CPR, Tower Rescue tickets




Willingness to travel to regional and remote locations as per roster schedules.
Comfortably work at heights ranging from20m to 200m.
Willingness to learn all aspects of structural construction and project requirements.
Ability to pass regular drug and alcohol testing.
