About the Role
As aDisability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community.
You will assist with:
Personal care and daily living tasks
Community access and social engagement
Medication support
Emotional and wellbeing support
We havevarious positions available across the Gold Coast, including roles inUpper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.

About You
A caring and compassionate nature– You're patient, empathetic, and a great communicator
A current Australian driver's license & reliable vehicle
Current First Aid & CPR qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Diabetes training & experience (highly regarded)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check
Basic computer skills– Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports.
