About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or Property Officer to join our team in the Lower Blue Mountains.
Property management is a busy and varied role that requires strong organisation, sound judgement and genuine care for clients.
You will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities while working alongside an experienced team that values communication, teamwork and a high standard of service.
We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio
Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors through to completion
Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, vacates and tenancy administration
Provide accurate information and practical solutions in line with NSW tenancy legislation
Assist with NCAT matters where required
Work closely with the wider team and follow agency procedures
About You:
Previous residential property management experience
A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence or higher
Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant NSW legislation
Strong communication,

An empathetic, professional and solutions-focused approach
Confidence making decisions, resolving problems and managing competing priorities
The ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team
Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
