The Role:
We're looking for anExperienced Brewerto join our production team at our Palmyra facility and help us keep making beer worth drinking.
This is apermanent, full-time positionwhere you'll have hands-on ownership of the full brewing process , from mash through to fermentation and packaged product.
You'll work alongside a team that takes the craft seriously, with the resources of a growing, multi-brand drinks company behind you.
Your Day-to-Day:
Oversee brewing operations from mashing through to fermentation, ensuring quality and consistency
Operate and maintain brewing equipment to the highest standards of performance and safety
Collaborate with the production team on recipe development and product innovation




Monitor and manage fermentation, carbonation, and filtration processes
Conduct quality control testing and analysis throughout production
Maintain accurate production records, inventory data, and quality assurance documentation
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Brewer in a commercial brewing environment
Strong technical knowledge of brewing processes, equipment operation, and recipe formulation
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
Solid understanding of workplace health and safety regulations in a production setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail in record-keeping and quality management
