Job tasks and responsibilities
Trade sales Office .
Processing transactions and customer orders into the computer system.
Receive phone sales enquiries & follow up with quotes.
Organise and co-ordinate product to site
Offer technical advice on our vast range of products.
Skills and experience
Understanding of the various products / services our Client supplies & capabilities.
A high level of customer service.
Competent computer knowledge.
A strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and be a team player.
Developing relationships, maintaining current customer accounts and identifying customer needs.




Sales focused customer service both over the trade office , in person and phone.
Strong attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
