About the role
Holdfast Cranesis seeking experienced Riggers/ Crane operator and Window Façade Installers to join our team.
This is a hands-on position based in Adelaide, SA, where you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient installation and rigging of building façade systems and window installations.
You will require a C6 licence &/or RB , RI, This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse projects across Adelaide's building and construction sector.
You will be responsible for executing installations to the highest safety and quality standards whilst working in a collaborative team environment.
Non essential Tickets are Heavy rigid (HR), Crane Truck and transport Experience, EWP
Key responsibilities
Execute safe and accurate rigging operations for building façade systems and window installations
Install window and façade components in accordance with design specifications and project requirements
Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment and rigging materials to ensure compliance with safety standards
Utilise appropriate rigging equipment, including cranes, hoists and lifting devices, in accordance with relevant regulations
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and other trades on-site to ensure coordinated and safe work practices
Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist in the planning and coordination of installation schedules to meet project deadlines
Work at heights safely, where required, using appropriate fall prevention systems and equipment
What we're looking for
Valid C6 licence or relevant rigging certifications (RB, RI, or DG) as applicable to the role.
Working at Heights
Proven experience as a Rigger or Window Façade Installer within the building trades industry
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load calculations and protected work practices
Competency in working at heights,



with current certifications where required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
A commitment to health and safety practices and adherence to all relevant legislation and standards
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in varying weather conditions
Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work on a casual basis across varying project schedules
Experience with façade systems, glazing installations or similar specialist building work is highly desirable
