Quality College of Australiais seeking an experienced and motivatedCommunity Services Trainer and Assessorto join our team on a casual basis, working2.5 days per week.
This role is ideal for a passionate industry professional with current experience inIndividual Support (Ageing and Disability)who is committed to delivering high-quality vocational education and supporting students to achieve successful employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-quality training and assessment in both face-to-face and virtual classroom environments.
Review and maintain training resources and assessment materials.
Coordinate and support student work placements and conduct industry visits.
Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, community organisations, and other industry stakeholders.
Provide exceptional support and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
Empower students to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to work in the aged care and disability support sectors.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A currentCertificate IV in Training and Assessment(or successor qualification).
ACertificate III in Individual Support(Ageing and/or Disability) or a higher relevant qualification.
Current industry experience in the community services sector.




A sound understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support diverse student cohorts.
A currentWorking with Children CheckandNational Police Check.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
