· Displays a keen interest in fire management and it's contribution to environmental outcomes.
· Ability to support and lead planned burn and bushfire response activities across the South West Region.
· Exhibits strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with precision.
· Ability to support and share skills with a diverse group of people
