Defence Australia is seeking an APS 5 Data Scientist within the AI Modelling and Engineering Directorate of the Defence AI Centre to work with Defence stakeholders to deliver practical AI outcomes and support prototype development, testing and evaluation of AI-enabled systems.
You will help shape AI policy, standards, patterns, platforms and architectures to enable effective MLOps, and you will build relationships across directorates to ensure transparent, technically grounded advice.
