About the Role




We are seeking a motivated and professional sales professional who can work across both our Toowoomba stores.
This is not a typical retail sales position.
Our customers visit us seeking expert advice, premium products and trusted recommendations.
We require someone who enjoys engaging with people, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that genuinely improve their lifestyle.
You will work with customers purchasing everything from their first Weber BBQ through to complete outdoor entertaining solutions and premium heating systems for new homes and renovations.
Extensive training packages are available for the products we sell.
Success in this role comes from building relationships, providing outstanding customer service and delivering exceptional sales results.
About You
You are:
A confident and motivated salesperson
Professional in your presentation and communication
Passionate about customer service
Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
Able to build rapport with a wide variety of customers
Positive, reliable and enthusiastic
Organised and self-motivated
Proud of your work and your team
You may have experience in:
Specialty retail sales
Outdoor living products
Home improvement products
Appliances
Building or trade-related industries




High-value retail sales
Most importantly, you have a proven ability to connect with customers and convert opportunities into sales.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert advice to customers
Selling premium BBQ, outdoor living and heating products
Building long-term customer relationships
Following up sales opportunities and quotations
Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation
Assisting with stock management and merchandising
Working collaboratively with team members across both locations
Contributing to a positive and high-performing culture
