About The Role We're seeking experienced and detail‐focused Accounts Payable Officers to join our Finance team in a full-time capacity, based at Stepney.
These roles are responsible for processing accounts in a confidential, accurate and timely manner, ensuring invoices are processed correctly and on schedule, preparing monthly supplier reconciliations, and responding to AP queries professionally and promptly.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain and control the accounts payable subledger, reconcile creditor statements, prepare payment files for mid‐month and month‐end cycles, process payments via bank file, and run end‐of‐month reports.
You will also maintain the vendor master file, ensure compliance with GST and ABN requirements, and provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
About You




We're looking for people with proven experience in a similar role, strong numeracy and accounting knowledge, proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You'll bring strong organisation, accuracy, problem‐solving capability and an creative mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
